Golden Gate Language Schools is located in a safe semi-urban area in "Silicon Valley," California's high tech capital. The mild climate and proximity to San Francisco, the Pacific Ocean, and several major universities offer students the opportunity to enjoy many cultural and recreational activities.

The program has 12 levels of instruction (beginning to college level). College and TOEFL preparation, business English, pronunciation as well as many conversation courses are some of the more than 50 classes offered in the school. All classes are small to ensure that a student receives individualized attention and opportunities to participate. Classes are held year-round. Students can study from one week to one year. GGLS custom tailors each student's program. Unlike many programs, which put a student at the same assessment level for all classes, GGLS places the student at the correct level for each skill to provide the most effective learning experience.
