Goodwin owns numerous houses and apartments within walking distance of our academic buildings. As the College updates and establishes these residences for our students, we are creating an Intercultural Living and Learning corridor.

The Intercultural Living and Learning corridor begins at One Riverside Drive where our multiple academic and administrative buildings are located. Within a few safe, walking minutes there are single room, shared kitchen and bath apartments at King Court and single room, shared kitchen and bath apartments on Ensign Street. All of these options are owned and maintained by the College.

For students who are in the Living and Learning corridor, you will receive the full experience and offerings of residence support services. This includes Goodwin Security monitoring, emergency services, frequent shuttle services to area supermarkets for food shopping and area retail locations for other necessities. Students will also have the option for an experiential component with monthly trips to regional cities and attractions changing each semester.

A short public bus ride away, Goodwin can recommend apartment and condominium style living options for our international students. Should students choose for these options, they will be responsible for their own transportation to and from campus. Students will have the option of adding the experiential component on to their fees should they choose to arrange their own housing.
