ACE is located in El Cajon, California, in San Diego County. Various attractions and beaches in the city of San Diego are 10-20 minutes away.
Located on the Grossmont College campus, the American Collegiate English Program (ACE) is a non-credit intensive English program that provides English and TOEFL preparatory instruction to international students. ACE is for intermediate-level students who wish to improve their English skills in order to attend a college or university in the United States. We offer five eight-week sessions per year, and each session provides twenty hours a week of English instruction. When a student finishes the ACE Program and fulfills the ACE conditional enrollment standards or receives a 450 score on the TOEFL pBT, s/he may be admitted to Grossmont College as an officially enrolled student. At the time an ACE session ends, a Grossmont session begins, making the transition to Grossmont an easy one.

Student Services
ACE students have access to all Grossmont College student services. This includes the library, technology mall (computers and wifi), tutoring, health services, academic counseling, cafeteria, etc. A Grossmont College ID card is included in the ACE tuition.
