ELS/Grand Rapids is located at Grand Valley State Universitys Allendale campus. Grand Rapids, a safe city of approximately 200,000, is located on the western side of the state, near Lake Michigan and it provides a friendly atmosphere for international students with a lower cost of living than larger cities. Frequent (free) shuttle buses - which take less than 30 minutes - give easy access to downtown Grand Rapids.

1) Meet the age requirement for the Center where you will be studying
2) Send the completed application form
3) Pay the ELS application fee
4) Submit your financial certification in English, if requesting a Form I-20
