Intensive English Program (IEP)

Program Description

The Intensive English Program (IEP) is designed for students, business managers, government executives, diplomats and other professionals who seek to develop mastery of the English language. The program is a series of four-week courses. The series includes nine levels of instruction. Emphasis is placed on speaking and listening comprehension. Reading and writing skills are also developed. Incoming students are given a placement test and personal interview to determine their entry level. English is the only language used in the classroom. ICLS is licensed by the Education Licensure Commission of the District of Columbia.
