Program Description

LASC offers high quality instructional programs in the fields of ESL and TOEFL to an increasingly diverse and international population with similarly diverse needs. Our ESL programs are divided into four levels that emphasize both academic and relevant real life situations. Our course provide an intensive program that emphasizes active student participation in the purposeful use of language. The language skills enable students to pursue further academic study, enhance employment opportunities, and simply participate more fully in American society. Our TOEFL college preparatory classes are designed to help students seeking graduate school admission achieve higher scores by implementing a strategy that all standardized tests have a standard way of successfully approaching them.

LASC is located minutes away from Hollywood, downtown, Beverly Hills, and Westwood. The MTA subway and buses stop just steps away from our entrance.

Admission is based on open enrollment. Contact the Admissions Office for more details. You can submit an admission application on-line, or make an appointment to come into the school. We have admission counselors that can speak Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish available to assist you.
