Program Description

The English as a Second Language Program at CEL is designed especially for international students at all levels of proficiency: beginner, intermediate and advanced. We word with students to achieve their various goals: academic preparation, conversational English, and English for leisure purposes (study-tour). In addition, CEL offers TOEFL and First Cambridge preparation classes. CEL also administers the Michigan Test.
