DADZ's ESL General English Program is focused in enhancing if not mastering the English language. Its main purpose is to assist limited English proficient students in building confidence in communication by learning various skills included that will increase their ability to communicate in English while learning about English systems, customs and culture. It is obtained through intensive training enhanced further by different class types namely one on one, one on four and one on eight. It includes classes in structure practice, conversation, reading and sentence construction combined with a wide range of video, audio and computer assisted learning tools along with social and cultural activities. The students are given achievement testing programs every week as well as reinforcement of outdoor activities that will check their understanding.

The curriculum is compatible with generally accepted principles of language acquisition for students of English and includes skills useful in life, academic and workplace applications. The competencies contained in this curriculum encompass the language skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary building, pronunciation and functional usage.
