Description

The Intensive English Program is part of the University of Texas at Arlington, a modern, high tech university with an enrollment of over 20,000 students. The campus is situated in the middle of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, giving students access to major sports events, entertainment, and restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive.

The Intensive English Program includes classes in grammar/writing, reading, and listening/speaking, use of the computer, library research methods and academic preparation as part of the curriculum with 6 levels of instruction. Students who qualify academically can receive conditional admission into UTA. The ELI has a Bridge Program for qualified students at the advanced level who desire to take 1-2 university courses while finishing their English studies.
