Program Description

SCIE offers general English, academic preparation,and internship opportunities. Students in beginning to intermediate classes study reading, writing, speaking, listening and grammar. Advanced students may study electives such as TOEFL prep or Pronunciation. Students in the College Bridge program study academic English and take college classes at the same time. Students who complete this program are admitted directly into Seattle Central Community College, without the TOEFL.

Numerous entertainment opportunities - restuarants, shopping, theaters, baseball - are nearby. In addition, Seattles natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities (hiking, biking, skiing, boating) make it a great place to live.
