The University of Houston-Downtown is located on a small river in the middle of the Houston downtown business district overlooking skyscrapers. Everything from food to shopping and entertainment is nearby and affordable.

application information:

International students may contact the ELI by letter, fax, or e-mail to get an application and materials mailed to them. They apply to the International Student Office. I-20's are issued to prospective students whose applications meet the eligibility requirements (high school graduation with the equivalency of a "C" average). ELI officials will help students apply.
