Our goal is to provide quality academic English language instruction for students whose native language is not English. We want to help prepare you for further academic study, employment, professional advancement and personal enrichment in the U.S. We offer two programs, depending on your needs.
Our 12 week Intensive English Program is for non-native speakers and international students who are high school graduates in their own country or the U.S. This program has four levels and is offered three times a year. The college issues form I-20 for eligible international students.
Our 16 week English Language Program (8 weeks in summer) is for students with at least seven years of formal education. The program is ideal for working students or those students with limited schedules.
Students can advance directly into college level coursework at Harper after successful completion of the ESL program.
