Intensive English Language Program

Program Description

The intensive English Program offers two semester courses (15 weeks) and one summer course from mid-July to mid-August (4 weeks) with a primary focus on preparing international students for the academic English requirements needed to enter or continue in American universities and colleges. The IELP provides 22 hours of instruction per week and focuses on the academic skills of reading, writing, vocabulary development, note taking, oral presentation and TOEFL.
