Program Description

ALCI offers year-round instruction in nine proficiency levels from beginning to advanced. Students study English 20-25 hours per week. Class size is small; the average student to teacher ratio is 15:1. Courses focus on the four main language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students may choose an elective such as TOEFL Preparation or American Culture through Film.

Applications are accepted year-round. Apply approximately 6 weeks in advance of the term you plan to attend. Applicants must be at least 18-years old, graduated from high school. A $100 non-refundable application fee is required.
