Enrolling for studies in ALMA English Institute is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:A - Pre-RegisterComplete the pre-registration form online, or you can download this form from the admissions section of our website: www.almaenglish.com and either fax or mail it to the school.B - The "letter of offer"A letter of offer will be sent to you with a complete application package for the program. Full payment is due together with all of the forms in this package completed in full. The fees due include the registration fee, all applicable tuition, medical insurance incidental and homestay fees. C - The "letter of acceptance"When the school receives the payment (done by bank transfer, check, or credit card), we will forward an acceptance letter to you (the student).D - The visa processInternational students require a Student Visa(Study Permit) if they plan to stay for more than 6 months. Student Visa application requires the letter of acceptance and the receipt of payment from the school. If the visa is refused, we reimburse the full amount of money initially sent to us, minus the registration fee.E - Travel plansStudents who need homestay and airport pick-up should inform the school as soon as the date and flight of arrival are confirmed. Please notify the school of your flight arrival at least two weeks prior to departure.
