The English for Academic Purposes program is designed for students interested in studying at an English speaking university or college. Learn English skills that you can use in your studies in any English speaking country or educational environment. The course will benefit non English speaking students in their preparation to study at any university where English is the medium of instruction. IELTS Preparation – This part of the program is targeted at intermediate to advanced learners. The content draws on authentic material that you can watch, read and listen to plus study notes, tips and activities for practice and consolidation. Past examination papers are used to practice and acquire the necessary examination techniques. EAP is designed to help prepare students of non-English speaking backgrounds with the skills required for entry to College and University courses in an English speaking environment. Outcomes - IELTS Academic at level 6+ with particular emphasis on academic writing, discussion and argumentation, speaking fluency, reading and analyzing academic texts and listening comprehension
